Datvest is managed by a team of Executives, each with a specific area of responsibility.  A key feature of our internal strategic plan is to ensure that Datvest is able to attract and retain highly skilled management staff given the current drain of resources affecting Zimbabwe.  Our senior personnel are incentivised through ownership of shares in the group and we are able to attract staff of the highest quality, thus we are able to boast of continuity and a personal service.

A cornerstone of our success is that Directors have a hands on approach and clients deal directly at this level on all issues.  In order to achieve this competitive advantage, Datvest has a flat organisation structure which results in a low head-count and maximum utilisation of technology.
