Portfolio valuations, a schedule of movements within the fund and the Datvest Newsletter are provided on a monthly basis.  In addition, detailed reports on the economy, market conditions, the portfolio and our strategy are prepared every quarter and circulated to the Trustees.

Should market conditions dictate more regular communication, (such as is the case in the event of an I.P.O. on the Stockmarket), this is done via contact with the principal officer or chairman of the fund, and if there are any queries from clients between reporting periods, our software system allows for real time reports.  Hence you will have immediate access at any time to all records pertaining to your fund.  There is generally no need to give formal notice for this.
