Our fees are quoted in relation to the size of the assets of the fund and the work required in order to maximise returns for our clients.  Fees are raised monthly in advance based on reported valuations performed.  Our basic fees are 1.5% per annum payable monthly on a minimum fund size of US$15 000.

If you require additional services, over and above our normal service, as described in this document, we will need to work out an appropriate fee.

We appreciate that you expect to pay competitive fees.  Nevertheless, we believe you should be wary of too competitive a fee, as this will inevitably adversely affect the level of service and performance that an Investment Manager is able to deliver.  Thus cost/benefit is very important to consider.

We are prepared to consider a performance related fee, but feel we should point out to you that you are looking for a long term (3 to 5 years) performance, whilst the Investment Manager needs to be paid monthly or quarterly, so there is an inherent tension, which needs to be managed.  Only a portion of fees should ever be performance related.
